I don’t no what do say honestly, I never see company like them great customers service, fast respond, great people, great furniture.i bought the tv this is about almost a week ago and my when I hook the tv on the wall and try turn on the tv the screen was broken and the night I was very stressful. In the morning I called Chelsey and explained to her. She without investigation immediately she take care and she made my feeling so happy and she deliver new tv without charging me a dollar. Chelsey and her husband are great and honest people. To be honest this is not about the money but this is about how great people are living in our society and I wouldn’t happier than that. I love you Chelsey and thank you so much for everything and I am hoping God will give you happiness and good health to your whole family Amin🙏 You and husband and your employees are great people and this is in my mind to recommending to everyone. Best Appliance Store in BC!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Purchased a washer/dryer set from JNB March 12th of this year. Both appliances were faulty upon arrival. The washer leaked and the steam option on dryer was non functional. Almost a month and a half later both machines have been fixed. What really annoys me more than buying faulty appliances is the fact that the sales person who sold us these machines said absolutely nothing regarding this situation. Gave me the impression that she made the sale and couldn’t be bothered to follow up with a courtesy call/apology. Didn’t expect her to come round and do our laundry for us but at least recognize the fact that you just might have unhappy customers and acknowledge the error! Sometimes saying nothing says a lot!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a great experience.
