managed by you.

• Pickup Arrangements: We are pleased to offer pickup options during our regular business hours. Our staff will be
  available to assist in loading your pallets safely onto your transport vehicle. To ensure a smooth pickup process, we
  kindly ask that you inform us of your planned pickup date and time in advance. This enables us to prepare your lots for
  departure without delay.
• Local Delivery Option: JNB is excited to offer local delivery services for your convenience. If you are interested in
  having your pallet(s) delivered directly to your location within our local delivery area, please don’t hesitate to contact

• Storage Fee Policy: Please be aware that pallets not picked up within 5 business days from the purchase date will start
  incurring a storage fee of $20 per day. This fee will be applied to ensure efficient use of our warehouse space and to
