Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. JNB Appliance Wholesale reserves the right to cancel any offers and correct any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been placed, whether it has been confirmed. If an error occurs, we may correct or cancel the order at any time and amend the error on our website. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or mistakes in pricing information received from our suppliers, JNB Appliance Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. Although your credit card is typically not charged before shipping, if it has been charged and the order is canceled, JNB Appliance Wholesale will issue a credit to your credit card for the incorrect price amount.

Return Policy
For all in-store and online purchases: Customers may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Delivery, shipping and handling, and installation charges are non-refundable. Appliances are non-refundable once opened and plugged in. Customers should verify product details before finalizing an order. Key features to check include:

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of returning the package to the shipper. This includes the time for the package to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days).
